At Decker Design Engineering, quality begins with the first glance at a project and follows it throughout all phases of its development. Inspection criteria is established early in the development stage and all necessary inspection gages and fixturing are determined early on, as well. All personnel associated with the project are trained, not only to produce the part, but to inspect it as well.

All raw material certification records are maintained to ensure compliance with FDA, UL, ASTM and other standards.

Our inspection equipment includes surface plates, optical comparators, various gages, calipers, micrometers; and when the need arises, we have access to a coordinate measuring machine (CMM).
